ADIDAS LAUNCHING THE ZX 2K PURE SILHOUETTE
Since its inception, ZX has always stood for unconventional, forward-thinking innovation. Adidas is presenting the latest iteration of the iconic sneaker franchise, reimagining a legacy of going against the grain with the ZX 2K Pure silhouette.
Crafted from an array of seemingly disparate pieces, the ZX 2K Pure sneaker brings together a number of distinct design elements and aesthetic details in one cohesive silhouette. The groundbreaking sneaker boasts a striking upper which comprises a ripstop netted overlay, an entwining lacing system, a welded toe box, and Three Stripes detailing. This is then sat atop a wrapped BOOST midsole, a zagging heel, and a TPU heel cage.
Pushing the boundaries of our visual design language, the ZX 2K Pure silhouette is made up in four distinct colorways: core black/ grey/ orange, white/ grey/ orange, core white/ grey/ chalk white and halo amber/ halo ivory/ cream white.
The launch of the striking sneaker is then accompanied by the introduction of the latest chapter in the ZXience narrative platform. Embracing all that is oddly satisfying, the ZXience center explores uncharted realms, unlocking pure satisfaction through an assortment of playful demonstrations.
A shoe that’s perfectly cluttered, the ZX 2K Pure silhouette launches globally on February 11th 2021.
